Pet Friendly Cottage Company

South Woodend

Cumbria
Sleeps 6

South Woodend sleeps 6 and we think it is perfect for families. The Character cottage has a lovely location in the pretty hamlet of Lowick Green and offers wonderful views and some charming features including a woodburner and a small enclosed garden.

This Coniston cottage has been fully renovated and now offers first class accommodation. We love the spacious living room which has beautiful feature windows, beamed ceiling, a stone fire surround and woodburning stove. There is also a beautiful farmhouse style kitchen with dining table and a handy utility room with washer, dryer and dishwasher. Upstairs is one double bedroom, two single and a master double with ensuite as well as a modern bathroom.

The small front garden has a sitting area where guests can enjoy the countryside views and the enclosed rear garden is a good place for children to play.

Public footpaths can be accessed from the property and extend through the stunning countryside. Boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, climbing, pony-trekking and mountain biking can all be enjoyed locally so this cottage is ideal for active families. One well behaved pet is welcome.
