The Old Dairy

Sleeps 4

Located only 3 miles from the rural village of Winkleigh you will find The Old Dairy Cottage.  This charming house is all on one level and will appeal to families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday in Devon.

The cottage itself sits on the borders of Broadwoodkelly, a lovely traditional country village.

The interior has a modern open plan design to the living area and two bedrooms.  There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath.  We think this cottage makes a real home from home and there are plenty of mod cons to make your stay a comfortable one.  The cottage has a dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD and a shared utility room with washer and dryer.

The cottage joins on to the owner's home and has a beautiful outlook over a small private lake and acres of stunning grounds.  There is an unfenced pond on site so children must be supervised at all times.  Cots and highchairs are available on request.

You will find the local area perfect for exploring, with local villages very close by and you will be just 8 miles from Oakehampton.  For outdoor activities surfing is very popular on the North Devon coast and there are many country walks right on the doorstep.

Two well behaved pets are welcome.

Please be aware that the trails may pass through busy town areas as well as parks and gardens so dogs may have to be on leads at times.
