With a fantastic location just 150 yards from a sandy beach in Anglesey, Driftwood is ideal for families looking to enjoy a seaside cottage holiday in Wales. Sunbathing, dog walking, cycling and exploring rock pools can all be enjoyed on the doorstep while just a little further away attractions such as Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey Zoo and Pili Palas Butterfly Farm can be found.

The cottage itself is detached and spacious with plenty of special features. There is one twin bedroom and one double, an open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. The décor is smart and contemporary and includes stripped pine floors and chic furniture. The property also has plenty of outside space with decking to both the front and rear and parking space for 2 cars, boat and jet ski!

Two well behaved dogs are welcome and recent reviews have commented on just how perfect for dogs the location is.

Pet Friendly Days Out in North Wales
Most dog owners love taking their pets for long walks on the beach and north Wales has a good selection of dog friendly beaches. Quarry Beach in Gwynedd, Haven Beach in North Pembrokeshire and Bull Bay in Anglesey are just a few of the regions beaches with dog walking areas. Restrictions may apply in high season.
Ceiriog Valley
The Ceiriog Valley is the place to go to enjoy some of the best walks in Wales. There are miles of paths and trails to explore making this area perfect for those with energetic dogs. There are also a couple of dog friendly pubs here including The West Arms where dogs are welcome in the bar and gardens.
Gilfarch Farm Nature Reserve
Here you will find a visitor's centre and some fantastic walks for all abilities. Most of the paths are suitable for those with dogs but owners are asked to ensure that they clear up after their pets. Don't forget to bring some water if coming during the summer months.
