Harber Scar

Yorkshire Dales
Sleeps 5

Harber Scar is a very beautiful 300 year old, stone-built terraced cottage with a stunning location in the heart of the peaceful village of Horton-in-Ribblesdale in the Yorkshire Dales. This charming village is the home of the famous Three Peaks and just 6 miles from the larger town of Settle which has a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs.

This cottage is situated across the road from one of the village's two traditional pubs, so great food and real ales can be enjoyed right on the doorstep. Inside this pretty cottage has plenty of original character with beamed ceilings and a lovely feature stone fireplace with warming woodburning stove. There are three cosy bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Outside is a spacious lawned garden which boasts a babbling brook and gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside.

We think this cottage is ideal for families looking for a relaxing base with easy access to amenities. Some glorious walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep on the Pennine Way and in the Yorkshire Dales National Park while walking trails for the more advanced can be found at the Three Peaks Walk! Two well behaved pets are welcome.
